Refund Policy

Do you accept returns? 

Exchanges or credit can be provided for change of mind reasons up to 14 days from date of delivery. After this period returns will not be accepted. Return postage will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted on sale items.

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact me via the Contact page within 14 days of receipt.

When shipping we do our best to make sure your items will arrive safely and in one piece! If your items arrive damaged, please send a picture and we will do our best to replace the item or refund you withing 14 days of receiving your item.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cjozin@gmail.com and send your item to:  P.O. Box 681, Wawa ON P0S 1K0, Canada.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 My item doesn’t look like the photo! 

All of my work is handmade and therefore not one piece is identical to the other. This is the beauty of the work being handmade! Each piece is unique with its own characteristics. If you would like to see a photo of your exact piece before purchase please contact  me. 

Late or missing refunds:

 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cjozin@gmail.com.

To return your products:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 137 Broadway Ave., P.O. Box 681, Wawa ON P0S 1K0, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
